Services

SSC House, operated by a group of dedicated volunteers and SSC staff, offers a variety of services to its guests and will play host to a number of activities and events throughout the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games.

Hospitality
Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be served at SSC House daily during the regular hours of operation. Tickets for complimentary alcoholic beverages are included as part of the Family and Friends Welcome Package.

All drinks will be complimentary during events hosted by sponsors. Additional coupons for alcoholic beverages may be purchased at the SSC House Information Desk.

Internet Café - Stay Connected!
An Internet Café with computer terminals and a printer is available for all accredited members of the family and friends program.

Complimentary WI-FI internet will also be available throughout SSC House. Take advantage of these services to stay connected with others at home!

Parent Lounge - A Quiet Spot to Visit with Your Olympian!
The Parent Lounge is an exclusive sitting area located within SSC House where athletes and their parents can enjoy some privacy and refreshments. Use of the Parent Lounge is by reservation only and can be booked in advance at the SSC House Information Desk.

The Lounge is available during all normal hours of operation at SSC House and on special request outside of normal hours of operation.

Special Events & Receptions
SSC House will host a number of special events and receptions during the Games on a daily basis. All family and friends of Olympians are invited to participate on a complimentary basis and can gain access with their SSC House accreditation. However, there are capacity restrictions for the building and therefore access may be restricted at the door for high demand events.

Note: The Family and Friends Reception taking place at the Aberdeen Centre will be a ticketed event requiring confirmation of attendance in advance. The VIP Night and Red Bull party will private functions with access restricted to ticketed individuals.
